api/v1/profiles no longer includes the qrcode object

Up until version 2.3.7 there was a "qrcode" json field that contained qr code data. Now that field is completely gone. Is this intentional?
Also, is there any way to associate a user in the profile API data with a username? It seems like a very odd exclusion.
Nevermind. I discovered the /sessions API which provides everything I need. Thanks
