Adding web camera (cuastom)

Looks that interface doesn't allow to use ip adres in the adres of camera. Anyway I made local line in host file on my raspi but still no success.
I turned off authentication and when I put adress into the browswer I can see my camera stream but when I add new camera device it showes nothing.
