Upgrade to 12.1.0~ynh1 FAILS, Rollback to Backup Is Inoperable HTTP 502 Bad Gateway

During upgrade to 12.1.0~ynh1 , the app upgrade script failed and the rollback to the backup did not work. Now, I get HTTP 502 Bad Gateway when trying to access Piwigo.
From the logs, it looks like this might be the problem.

Also, it seems that many people are having this same issue as reported in #71
Please assist, as this is an important application for me.

Did you find a way to solve this problem? Because with the updates to 14.0/14.2 some users reported the same issues. But the maintainers of the package don't react...
