Restore script not restoring /home/yunohost.app/$app and /etc/php5/fpm/conf.d/20-$app.ini

Hi
The app is not restoring the the upload folder in the /home/yunohost.app/$app directory and php ini file in the /etc/php5/fpm/conf.d/20-$app.ini due to which the app fails to upgrade.
- https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/piwigo_ynh/blob/master/scripts/restore#L55 . Think the statement is checking for "data" directory which is not there because the backup is in home/yunohost.app/$app.
- The app is not backing up and neither restoring /etc/php5/fpm/conf.d/20-$app.ini.
