Disable navigation bar
Background
Navigation bar added by @0xBlue2 in #20.
This navigation bar was cool and useful, but I feel it does not preserve the "simplicity" that I was focusing on when creating this theme (hugo-theme-shell).
Also, as pointed out in #44, the navigation bar does not support responsive design.
Of course, it could be modified, but I have concluded that it is better to remove the feature than to lose the simplicity and increase complexity.
