Hello, I want to use the RCV1 dataset as the few-shot learning benchmark. Can you tell me how to get this dataset and split it?

You can request the dataset from https://trec.nist.gov/data/reuters/reuters.html. The split is available at https://people.csail.mit.edu/yujia/files/distributional-signatures/data.zip.
