SMPL 1.0.0 contains no NEUTRAL.pkl

Hi,
In the install.md, you mentioned that we should download the SMPL 1.0.0 for python 2.7, however, I found that SMPL 1.0.0 only contains male and female, while the neural model is only provided in SMPL 1.1.0 for python 2.7. Should I use the NEUTRAL from 1.1.0 ?
