It seems this project is not under development. How about letting people know about the current status and show them maybe alternatives/forks like https://github.com/seatgeek/resec?
My understanding is that this repo is no longer maintained, the original author works for SeatGeek today, and thus https://github.com/seatgeek/resec are the currently maintained (rewrite) of Resec
