This repository contains the source code used for TCD (SIGCOMM 2021). The code is developed based on DCQCN simulator and can run on Linux. For more details, please refer to DCQCN simulator.
This is a beta release.
Note that in the current version, "TCD" is named as "rootecn" in the code.
The main logic of TCD is in src/point-to-point/model/qbb-net-device.cc
