Items with icons in sidebar are over indented / poorly aligned

At first glance it looks like the first files are the children of the last folder, they do not feel like they are at the same level as the text does not align.
the files here (.bowerrc etc.) are _not_ children of the 'test' directory
I think that the file type icons should align with the + / – of the directories, and the text should align.
This might be solved with #79 suggestion: add sidebar icon support for directory / folder
Aside I find the sidebar indentation generally to be too deep, as the sidebar can get very wide when I have 3/4 layers of directories and longer file names, It would be nice to be able to set the indent width for the sidebar.
This is now fixed 👍
