This define is not present into language files:
_MA_WGTRANSIFEX_ADMIN
It is not translated.
When I go to /modules/wgtransifex/ on user side, I can see the define.
I saw it is located here:
wgtransifex\templates\wgtransifex_footer.tpl
Line 8: <div class='text-center bold'><a href='<{$admin}>'><{$smarty.const._MA_WGTRANSIFEX_ADMIN}></a></div>
Tested with:
https://github.com/XoopsModules25x/wgtransifex from today
and tested with xswatch4 and default theme.
My config:
PHP 7.4.9
MYSQL 5.7.33-0ubuntu0.16.04.1
XOOPS 2.5.11-Beta2
