I love notepad 2 and use anywhere.
But i want create plugins:

1. Quick command line similar in VSCode? when F1
2. Advanced keybinding? etc call Windows CMD, and more (run command line )
   Shift+Ctrl+D = cmd.exe /k ping google.com/s={0} (open prompt and replace {0})
