Add simple metrics

Having some metrics to easily detect issues would be nice.
Suggested list of metrics:
- last eviction evaluation time
- last eviction time
- node eviction duration
- ttl eviction backlog count
Enforces a time to live (TTL) on Kubernetes nodes and evicts nodes which have expired.
