Dolphin: Real vs Emulator Wii Mote and player count tool

The tool enabled Wii Mote 2-4 and allows you to switch wii mote 1-4 between real wii mote vs emulated.
The checkboxes should maybe also be included as separate toggle functions in the godot configurator.
I believe we can review the entire controller configuration pane in Godot, make it more graphical and add even this.
