Small hit contaminating main S1

From the waveform watching campaign, ~1% of events have a small S1 that may be contaminated by small single hits, so a subset of #544 but more significantly affecting the S1 area reconstruction. Example below as well as event lists of category 3d (and 3e) on the waveform watching spreadsheet.
