Skip Processing Files Based on Comments/Tags

Would be nice to skip known bad files from processing, e.g. Runs 86 and 488. Should be possible to use the comments or tags (e.g. "crash" or "no raw data"), but should probably standardize a procedure for data taking, to easily identify these failed datasets.
