HelloPacket userToken, clientToken, platformToken

The clientToken should be read before the userToken. The userToken seems to be a hardcoded string that can not change or else the server will send a FailurePacket. platformToken seems to be for steam only and is an authentication token to show that the connecting client is logged in as the steam account it is saying its logged in as.
