NFC to use for payments between devices and POS machines.
Expected Behavior
Wallet sends to receiver device.
Can be used for fast payments.
Default behaviour should limit the amount of XCASH sent to $20 equivalent and user can lower or increase default amount.
The receiver or sender sets the amount, then tx happens when phones are close to eachother.
Point of sales machines will come later and the wallet will be ready for it.
