Accidentally removed DUMP folder, now it won't create a new one

So I accidentally removed the DUMP folder when I was copying, now it fails to bypass write protection when I try dumping again.
This might be uncorrelated to the fact that you deleted the DUMP folder. Have you tried manually creating the "DUMP" folder and seeing if it dumps?
