In some cases, the order of the possible matches in the reconciliation process is not yet logical. For instance, in 'opengazam_rjs3', Albany, NY (id 59) is not listed among the first ten results, despite that the record includes the correct name, correct state, correct ccode, and a close-by latlon geometry.
