Error: Access denied; you need (at least one of) the SUPER privilege(s) for this operation - MYSQL

I'm getting this error all of a sudden, was there a wordops update that broke something? Even if I grant super privileges to the DB user/pass that were auto-input into the conf file, I get this error:

Access denied; you need (at least one of) the SUPER privilege(s) for this operation

How do I fix this? Can this be fixed in a wordops update so I don't encounter this issue when installing it in the future?

edit: I'm trying to use the duplicator plugin for context. I wasn't getting this error previously, this is brand new. Using PHP 8.2

Another thing is, if I use the command: wo stack reload, I see MySQL returning "ko" every time.

This is just with the default install options, I never made any changes to any config files. This is fresh out of the box wordops.

I don't know if this a new bug introduced with the latest version of wordops, but this was absolutely not the case prior to the last release.

Edit 2: Even if I use the root user for mysql taking the info from my.cnf, I get this error:

"SESSION variable 'max_allowed_packet' is read-only"
