Access forbidden by rule

Hello
When I try
wo log show lovcour.com --nginx --mysql --php --wp
I got the error log:
2023/06/29 03:56:28 [error] 65000#65000: *8778 access forbidden by rule, client: 139.59.10.149, server: mysite.com, request: "POST /xmlrpc.php HTTP/1.1", host: “mysite.com"
What does the error means please? any way to fix?
WordOps' default nginx config does not allow excessive POST requests to xmlrpc.php. You can expect requests like this from bots and whatnot.
