Re-Write using Buefy

IMO this was a good first stab but now it needs re-writing to make use of Buefy and other things.

TODO:

  • Use Buefy rather than raw Bulma styling.
  • Remove unnecessary state and clean structuring.
  • Remove unnecessary 3rd party dependencies.
  • Prep Snake-Skin for new features that the core is going to provide soonish.
