How to create TOC?

Hi, I noticed on the site linked using this theme https://www.reyreece.com/posts/kaomoji-japanese-emoticons-copy-and-paste/ that the posts have an automatically created table of contents. Though, it doesn't seem like you specify how to configure that in the toml file. Is this possible with this theme?
