Itemizer doesnt see all bags as enabled, but they are. (Private Server)

Playing on a private server and Mog Case, Satchel and Sack are not enabled according to addon. GM of the server says the bags are set to "auto", as I do have access to them.
This is not a bug in Windower, this is a bug in the server's implementation of some packets (that deal with bag enabled flags)
