copying the public key requires password

Hi,

I managed to create the ansible server and s1, s2 and s3, but when trying to copy the ssh key it requires a password which I don't know. I tried to copy it manually, but this still requires password. To disable the password for the root login requires restart of the sshd but this not allowed.
