Displaying large edit groups is slow

We probably need to change the pagination of edits so that it is time-based. This way we can ask for the first 10 edits before a given timestamp (the end of the batch), which should be easier to compute given the index on that field. Another possible way to solve this is just to reduce the size of the edits table by setting up batch archival.
