Edizon cannot find cheats, in any location. Help?

I've lurked around and looked into many of the 'solutions; that have been posted on many other sites and none can seem to give me an answer as to why I cannot locate and of the cheats that were downloaded for the automatic cheat updater. I'd figured out how to pull up the Tesla menu and I've located all the files that were put on and looked in between the Game ID and the Build ID and confirmed that they are all what they are supposed to be. I am at a lost of what to do at this point, I cannot find an article or a thread of anyone having this problem recently so I turn to you. What am I doing wrong?
I'm having the same issue, and am curious if you (or anyone for that matter) have found what might be causing this hang-up? Thanks in advance.
