Doesn't convert files

It worked for a while but it suddenly stopped converting files correctly. Not sure what caused this. It happened after trying to convert a file from an external HDD.
Update: After messing with it for a while, the problem seems to happen when trimming the video. WebM for Retards seems to be able to convert files when it's not trimming the file.
Update 2: Not exactly sure what I did, but after just copy and pasting the start and end times instead of typing them, the program has worked like normal. I'll continue to see if anything else triggers the "no conversion" problem but for now, consider this issue solved.
Try running ffmpeg with only 1 thread.
