Infinite Scroll workload proposal

"Infinite Scroll" use case was identified as a workload of interest in Speedometer 3 Benchmark List. We are proposing an "Infinite Scroll" workload using Angular.

This workload seems highly asynchronous. Again, we probably need to wait for v4 version to add this.
