Scan averaging bug in BatchCollection?

I updated to 4.0.63 from 4.0.58 this morning, and when I use batch mode in 4.0.63 it seems to ignore the scan averaging instructions. For example, if I want each spectrum to be 15 scans at 200 milliseconds each and I want to take 100 of them, it will do the scan averaging (15x200ms) fine in live mode, but when I hit the >> button to start batch acquisition, it saves a spectrum every 200 ms.
