Update the home page for webmonetization.org

We are developing a brand identity for Web Monetization and the home page visuals need to be updated to reflect that.
Also, based on discussions out of the Capetown work week, we have a broad structure of how we want to pique people's interest in Web Monetization:
To have funnel down “marketing copy” from general audience to increasingly technical and specific (each level down already reads/somehow consumes the copy above it)
