Replace existing "releaseDate" with data from Wikia

Is your enhancement request related to a problem? Please describe.
We need to have release dates for all items.
Currently, we pull this from Ogg Tech, we should switch to populating this field from the wikia

Add https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Module:Version/data?action=edit data and a parser for it
Describe alternatives you've considered
Manually populating, but this would be messy and not automatically maintainable.
