Tweak day/night checking algorithm

Summary:
currently, the day posts are very inconsistent. night seems pretty consistent, but i think i need to round times better so that times under a minute, or at a negative time under a minute round to the 0 and round to the day/night swap-over.

/tracking custom add: cetus.day,cetus.night.0
