Don't maintain a redundant copy of the QA ontology here

In this folder we are hosting a redundant copy of the ontology from https://github.com/WDAqua/QAOntology. It would be more maintainable and less confusing to replace this copy of the ontology by a script (or, if possible, some Maven configuration) that downloads the latest version of the ontology.
