vulnerability and penetration testing report observation for date-picker plugin

Dear Team,
We are using this plugin my ionic 3 based hybrid project(android / ios ) and my security team rise the concern for the plugin will be generate Random Number " com/plugin/datepicker/DatePickerPlugin.java only android platform now.
Please advise me how we can give justification from developer perspective.
