program installer not working

i have chrome error windows 7 sim.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- click right mouse button
- Go to 'shortcut'
- Click on 'search'
- Scroll down to 'program installer'
- click 'program installer'
- type 'game url name image url'
- click 'next'
- open 'you program'
- See error has stopped

i need browser on win 7 sim.
