Particle.js only on row layout

Hello! Im trying to use particle.js only on one row layout. Im trying to do it with plugin and kadence blocks in wordpress. The particles works fine UNTIL i add another row layout below, then eveything breaks. And also noticed, even im adding the ID only on one row layout, the particles fly on the whole page. Also after adding another row layout the particles are there but looks very buggy and after clicking they get fixed. See the GIF https://i.imgur.com/Yxgfkz4.gif. Any tips how to get this fixed?
