Premium features?

I was running this, but some of the features are 'greyed out' and it prompts me for a $$$$ and a credit card #. Is this proxying to the bitwarden service? Are premium features enabled? I am confused.
No there are no premium features enabled on the server. The server is stand alone and not proxying to the "main" bitwarden server.
If you pay for premium you support the app developer and "main" server.
