Bug Description

When you are eating a golden apple for example when getting attacked, the animation resets itself but the action got completed without issues. I only tested this on 1.8, idk about 1.7, i can test it too if necessary

Steps to Reproduce

Make a 1.12.2 server
Put all Via plugins from https://ci.viaversion.com/
Go on combat on 1.8 while eating and getting hit

Expected Behavior

To not reset the animation, it should go without resetting itself
