Restrict which protocols can join

As a server owner I want to select certain versions which are allowed to join the viaproxy and others that aren't. Is that possible or if not can it be added?
You can use the ViaVersion config for that. Its located in ViaLoader/viaversion.yml. There you change the block-version option. Due to a bug that option was ignored. I just fixed it so you have to download the latest dev build of ViaProxy to use that feature: https://ci.viaversion.com/view/All/job/ViaProxy/
You can also add the "block-disconnect-msg" option yourself into the config to specify a custom kick message
