Last Modified counting down in seconds

As you can see the last modified time is counting down in seconds rather than showing a meaningful time.
I just noticed that it only seems to be happening in google chrome beta on linux. Stable chrome in Windows did not produce this effect.
Edit: and Firefox on linux too.
