radroaches cant go under tables

Description
apparently I must have removed this because it used to work. Maybe re-evaluate their size as well as their mask
Needs testing as radroaches have the following which should let them go under doors and tables, unless it's a specific table issue:

- SmallMobMask
layer:
- SmallMobLayer
tested, can still go under doors and tables.
