Add link to summer.vh from sidebar VH Summer Edition 2020 Vaken portal

The only link from application portal to summer.vh is at the login screen in the form of Learn More button. This issue is for adding a similar link in the sidebar of vaken in the event/vh2020-summer branch so there is always a clear path to summer.vh
@BaibhaVatsa still relevant?
Perhaps link the "VandyHacks" title on the sidebar to vandyhacks.org?
