[TFC] Crosshair Size menu not Appearing / Not Adjustable

The Issue:
Right now in TFC, the crosshair size is not adjustable in order to customize it. This needs to be fixed so that way we can adjust the crosshair size and color.
In this image, I have clicked on the menu and nothing has appeared.
