[HL] coloureable slider bug

I'll try to explain, I'm referring to the preview images that can be seen in options>multiplayer
The color 2 slider does not work when it is almost at the end.
when it reaches that extreme it should look purple, however, only goes from blue and later stopping changing color abruptly.
however, the color 1 slider works fine.
