[CS:CZ] Steam Deck | Linux - Tutor Re-enables Itself Constantly

The crashing is fixed, but now I'm inundated with popups explaining the game to me when this really isn't needed at all and just serves to be a distraction. Disabling tutor is only temporary as it will just re-enable itself again later, usually when joining a new game instance or returning to the main menu.
