[HL25] Assertion Failure when Changing Player Model to Names with Colon Character

Description
In Half-Life, when a player changes their model to any name that includes a colon : character, it triggers an assertion failure that affects not only the player making the change but also all other players on the server. This issue is observed both during gameplay and when using the record command for demos as well.
