[CS] on first launch, no avatars on some steam players

when I first launch of Steam and connect to a CS steam servers, some steam players' avatars are not displayed. Yes they are steam players, also friends. On map change or restart of CS (not Steam), more/or all avatars are displayed correctly. So it must be an issue with the first steam launch and steam connection to get the avatars in the scoreboard.
