Video issues in fullscreen mode

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Firstly, the game keeps showing the GNOME top bar even in fullscreen mode. Secondly, also in fullscreen, the video looks jittery and low resolution.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Open CS2
  2. Set display mode to fullscreen (I don't know why it doesn't remember my last choice)
  3. The menu screen displays all the issues mentioned above

Interesting. I just found out the issue happens only in fullscreen mode, but not in fullscreen windowed.

Same here: #3761

Changing to Fullscreen resolved the issues identified there

It seems the bug was fixed this last update. I am gonna close the issue.
